We have the Audacity to boldly develop the next generation of leaders while breaking down traditional barriers to leadership, entrepreneurship, and opportunity. Participants—including emerging leaders, traditional and nontraditional entrepreneurs, small businesses, and pop-ups—receive cohort-based training in civic engagement, advocacy, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, public speaking, digital literacy, strategic planning, and program development, building the skills, confidence, and networks to lead, create sustainable ventures, and succeed locally and globally.
